RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect and assess damaged properties to create a restoration plan
  • Remove damaged materials, hazardous waste and mold, and sanitize area
  • Replace irreparable materials and foundation, such as drywall and flooring
  • Dry areas of property affected by water damage
  • Follow safety procedures and wear the correct safety gear
  • Clearly explain restoration plan to customers and answer customer questions and concerns
